Welcome to Seilisdeir, Isle of Mull
Seilisdeir is a lovely house at Lochdon, on the Isle of Mull and is right on the edge of the loch. It has stunning views over the loch towards the hills and is the perfect location for relaxing and taking in the ever-changing scenery. There is a huge variety of wildlife in the area from sea eagles overhead to stags in the garden.
This is our escape from the stresses of every day life. We leave the hustle and bustle behind, and chill out with long walks on white deserted beaches followed by mugs of tea and cake in front of the wood burner. Mull is an island where it is still possible to hear "complete silence"; the peace and quiet, lack of people and stunning scenery make for a hugely relaxing break.
Seilisdeir is very well equiped and has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. Children and dogs are very welcome. A travel cot and highchair are provided free of charge. The downstairs rooms have level access, wide doorways and no hidden steps, making them suitable for wheelchair users. Seilisdeir is available for letting all year round. It is conveniently situated about 2 miles from the ferry terminal at Craignure which means that you won't have a long drive after your ferry journey.

Seilisdeir faces south west over Lochdon with views to the hills beyond. Lochdon itself is a pretty little village situated on the A849 Craignure to Fionnphort road - the road to Iona. Craignure has a well stocked tourist information office, as well as a Spar, Post Office, public house selling good food, petrol pump, local internet café and small hotel with health and beauty rooms, gym, spa and swimming pool. |
| The accommodation is very versatile. It equally suits families with young children who want to bring grandparents away with them, groups of friends holidaying together or couples just wanting some space and peace and quiet. Wi-Fi is available for guests' use at no extra charge. |

Seilisdeir stands in an acre of grounds and has parking for many cars. There are two burns (streams) running through the land - one very small one which is often dry, and a slightly larger one which is fenced off. The garden is fully fenced but not deer proof - so it allows the deer in but doesn't let your dogs out! |
